The course will familiarize students with critical thinking skills in reading media-related articles in English, doing group presentations, and writing academic papers on issues in the media.

This course will be a combination of examining 1) gender issues related to communication in the English language, and 2) gender issues related to media. Note that the course topics mentioned below are subject to change.
