This course will cover the basic techniques necessary for writing an organized composition in preparation for the papers required in upper division courses and the senior thesis. Emphasis will be on developing the ability to gain skills in logically developed writing.

授業計画
This is the first unit of the full-year composition curriculum for Juniors.
We will discuss select writings in one of the three fields of studies according to students’ specialization (Classes A, C, D: Media and Communication / Linguistics; B, E, F: Literature) and learn how to write an organized paper in the subject.
